Kathryn Erbe and son Carson enjoy sweet treats

Law & Order: Criminal Intent’s Kathryn Erbe, 42, has loves food and New York Magazine followed the actress around for a week to learn what she is eating.  During the week, the actress and her son, Carson Lincoln, 4, stopped in the Tea Lounge for some special treats.

My 4-year-old son Carson and I had some of a gigantic Oreo-cookie cupcake and a Halloween sugar cookie.

Dad is Kathryn’s ex-husband, actor Terry Kinney.  The couple also have a daughter, Maeve Elsbeth, 12 this month.

How adorable! Why is it that a lot of stars are growing out their sons’ hair? I thought he was a little girl when I looked at the picture, but regardless, they are so adorable. He’s a gorgeous tyke.

He looks like his mum.

It’s nice to see a shot of her with the kids :D Haven’t seen a shot of Carson since he was a baby and Kathryn went out with him and Maeve.

I am all for long hair on boys, but with his hair being long and the cut of his bangs, he looks just like a little girl.

I thought Carson was a girl! I like long hair on boys, but too long and I get confused about their gender. But he’s a cutie and I’m bummed that the show is now on cable.
