Kevin Federline to have full custody of sons until further notice
A major change was made to the Britney Spears and Kevin Federline custody agreement at a Los Angeles hearing on Monday.
Although previously custody had been split 50/50 between the parents, Britney is allowed to have her sons Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1, up until Wednesday, October 3rd at noon. At that time, she is required turn physical custody over to Kevin, and the boys will remain with him until further notice. x17 Online states that Britney already gave the boys to Kevin this afternoon. The change was made based on information that Los Angeles Family Court received over the weekend, according to a Fox News source. Britney’s lawyer reveals that the information is that 1) Britney was not able to acquire a California drivers license in time, and 2) she did not take a court-appointed drug/alcohol test.
