Actress Teri Polo announces pregnancy; expecting a daughter

Actress Teri Polo, 38, and her boyfriend, drummer Jamie Wollam, have announced that they are expecting their first child together. The Meet the Parents actress, who is currently seven months along, released the following statement through her rep,

I’m over the moon!  It’s my favorite role, being a mom. I know we’re expecting a girl and I’m very, very excited.

Teri, who has a son, Griffin, 5, from her marriage to Anthony Moore, states that this pregnancy has been easier.

I vowed from the start [not to eat the first thing in sight] so I’m a lot smaller than I was with the first pregnancy.

Jamie also has a son, Carter, 9, from a previous relationship.
