Jennifer Garner on the Today show, says Ben is a pushover when it comes to popsicles

Actress Jennifer Garner, 35, appeared on the Today show this morning in promotion of her new film, The Kingdom. The Violet Affleck-related highlights:

[Motherhood] just gets better and better. She’s hysterically adorable. She’s just coming into her 2s so she’s really embracing the word ‘no’ right now. She’ll just have a big smile on her face and say, ‘No no no no!’ as many times as she can.

I’m [tougher with her than Ben]. She’ll come to me and say, ‘Maybe a popsicle?’ and I’ll say ‘Ah, no,’ and later I’ll see she has orange on her shirt and red and her mouth is green and she has three sticks…I’m like, ‘How did that happen?’

Oh my gosh, I just happened to catch this interview with Jennifer (my favorite actress!) this morning as I was getting ready to head out, and isn’t she just the most adorable person EVER? It was such a lovely interview! I love how she calls Violet “hysterically adorable”!

OMG how funny is this…I love Jennifer…she just seems to be completely in love with Violet–and omg that tidbit about Ben and the popsicles is HILARIOUS–cuz isn’t that such a dad thing…that’s just so hilarious and so NORMAL…and I bet Jen just laughs then…LOL! I adore this family!

I LOVE HER! Her story about Violet, the way she describes her… I would love her as a friend b/c she is so down to earth. Her story about the popsicle seriously could be my husband and I with our daughter (who is one month older than Violet). Too cute.
