Originally posted September 20: Pittsburgh Pirates relief pitcher Salomon Torres, 35, welcomed his first son on Tuesday, September 18 when his wife, Belkis, gave birth. Son Jordan weighed 7 pounds, 8 ounces.
This is the third child for the couple who have daughters, Ashley, 6, and Allison, 4.
