Courtney Thorne-Smith wasn't sure if motherhood was in the cards for her

According to Jim star Courtney Thorne-Smith expects her and husband Roger Fishman‘s first child in January and the 39-year-old actress is ever grateful that she will get to be a mom.

It’s such an amazing moment for both of us, because we both sort of had to say, ‘I don’t know if this is going to happen for me.’ The fact it’s happening is just astounding!

I heard According to Jim was signed on for another year. Has anyone heard if they’ve started filming again? If so, is her pregnancy being written in like Kimberley William’s was?

Yes, she will have to hide at the beginning of the season, then she’ll be pregnant on the show, and when Courtney delivers the baby in January, she will leave the show and might come back for the season finale.
