Constance Zimmer announces that baby-to-be is a girl, talks pregnancy
Boston Legal and Entourage actress Constance Zimmer, 36, who is expecting her first child in December, announced to OK! Magazine that she is having a baby girl. The mom-to-be, who didn’t know she was pregnant until more than halfway through her first trimester, tells OK!,
I found out from the doctor, of course. Until I wastwo and a half months pregnant I didn’t know I was pregnant. So when Ifound out I was kind of like, ‘I’m sorry? What? You might want to goback and check!’ Of course, it’s a very good surprise. I mean, howcould it not be? It’s pretty amazing.
Constance says she hasn’t had any cravings yet, but does have one complaint:
They always say, ‘Oh my god! Your hair gets so thick andbeautiful when you get pregnant.’ I didn’t get that — I’ve still got toput the piece in!
Constance and boyfriend Russ Lamoureaux plan to get married ‘one day,’ but are focusing on their daughter first.
We just decided that having a baby is a huge commitment already —a bigger commitment than getting married, perhaps. And we decided that they’re also such different entities that we wantto get married because we want to get married. We don’t want to bemarried because I’m pregnant. We want them to be separate celebrations.
As for their next big decision — names — Constance reveals,
There’s a part of me that kid of wants to see her [first], and then say, ‘Oh, that’s the name!’ We’ve narrowed it down to like three or four or five.
