Kelley Menighan Hensley reporting back to work after birth; introduces Georgia Grace
As The World Turns actress Kelley Menighan Hensley, 40, reports back to work today following the birth of her daughter, Georgia Grace, whom they call Gigi, on June 28. However, the veteran actress is a little apprehensive. She said,
The idea of going back to work is a little intimidating at this juncture, but I will manage. I have 21 scenes!
Kelley has been with As The World Turns for 15 years but since the birth of her daughter, she has not thought about work. She said,
I don’t know what that tells me. I’m reserving all of my judgmentbecause I realize my daughter is only nine weeks old at this time. Yourperspective changes and hopefully I’ll get back into a rhythm of workand I’ll love who I’m working with and I’ll still get to work with Grayson [McCouch, Dusty]. Hopefully all those things that I loved about work will be there when I get back. I’m banking on it.
Kelley and her actor husband, Jon Hensley, are also parents to Sophie May, 8 1/2, and Spencer James, 5 1/2.
