Happy 1st Birthday Dannielynn!

Dannielynn Hope Marshall Birkhead turns one-year-old today!

Born September 7th, 2006 by c-section in the Bahamas,  Dannielynn has had a drama-filled first year of life. Since we all know the Anna Nicole Smith, Howard K. Stern, and Larry Birkhead story by heart, instead of a traditional Celebrating Celebrity Baby Birthday post looking back on the year, we’re instead looking forward — to tomorrow!

Thanks to our friends at Entertainment Tonight, we have a special peek for CBB readers at the high-resolution images of the  invitation guests received for Dannielynn’s first birthday party, which will take place tomorrow afternoon in Kentucky.

Those invitations are really cute, and I love the photo stamps! I’m planning to do those for my wedding invitations. I saw a segment about her birthday party on entertainment tonight and, maybe it’s just me, but I didn’t really think it looked that over the top. I personally know people who have done even more than that (renting dance floors, expensive decorations, etc.) so I guess it doesn’t seem like that big of a deal to me.

Happy Birthday princess Dannielynn! You are one loved little girl! You’ve got two “dads” who adore you, a mom and a brother for guardian angels who are protecting you and smiling at you from heaven, and thousands if not millions of people praying for you and wanting nothing but the best for your life. Many blessings and all the joy in the world everyday, but some extras just for you on your birthday!

Regardless of how I feel about her overexposure I’d MUCH rather focus on this than the other opportunistic nonsense swirling around this week. What better to give attention to than this adorable little doll?

I so hope this little girl has a good life and none of those allegations are true. She is a precious little girl, she didn’t ask to be born into this crazy life. It just looks as though she is a pawn in a game…i hope that i am wrong.

How cute!! I would gladly attend Dannielynn’s birthday party if I lived near her. She’s so adorable, just look at that smile! After all the insanity that went on over her, it’s great to think that she can have something as normal as a birthday party.

Happy birthday dannielynn, she is so beautiful. Too bad her mom isn’t around to celebrate her birthday, but at least she has family and a dad that loves her.

I’m not sure why they blacked out the street address?? It’s common knowledge in Louisville where the Barnstable Brown house is. It’s printed in the Courier-Journal (local paper) among other places when tickets go on sale for the Derby Gala.

Happy Birthday sweetie! It sure has been a long year and I am glad that she has been sheltered from it all. Look how happy she is. I am glad that everyone could put it all aside if even for a day for this little girl.
I say this birthday wasn’t over the top. Give her the world, her mom would have.
