Another celeb-baby fashion item getting the price-chopper treatment this week is Apple Martin and Matilda Ledger‘s Penelope dress by Eliza Gran. Spotted on Apple in June and Matilda last weekend, the Penelope dress is now $37.60 with sizes 12 months, and 5-7 years remaining.
