Catherine Zeta-Jones' recipe for post-baby body
Welsh actress Catherine Zeta-Jones, 37, admits that she enjoyed eating for two while pregnant with each of her children. In fact she has said that she "ate for Wales" and savored her favorite food items during pregnancy. Her children, with husband Michael Douglas, 62, are Dylan, 7, and Carys, 4.
Catherine shows off her fit post-baby body in the July 2007 issue of InStyle magazine. Catherine explains that she chose to lose weight the old fashioned way – through healthy eating and exercise.
I have to drag myself to the gym like everyone else. But I do eat sensibly and have lots of chicken. Although if I could eat only three foods for the rest of my life, it would also be smoked salmon sandwiches with potato chips crunched inside and fish and chips if I did not put on weight.
Catherine also exercised regularly using a exercise regime she used for her role in the musical Chicago in order to drop extra baby weight.
Catherine and her family live predominately in Bermuda.
