Ione’s sister Ellen and her husband Vince Carter have divorced already. Ellen has custody of their daughter 2 1/2 year old daughter Kai. Ellen lives in S.C, while Vince plays with the NJ Nets and resides in Florida.

Great interview. Heck, I even learned something new besides stuff about Ione and her life with Antawn and their two children, Vince Carter is married with child(ren) as well. I didn’t know that and I am NBA fan. I’ve been sloughing, I guess. (shrugs)

But her interview was great and her children are adorable. AJ looks like his dad, and he especially has his dad’s smile. And Kathryn is her mother’s clone, sharing her mother’s big smile. :) Cute family!

Antawn Jamison comes across as one of the most down-to-earth sports figures. I actually went to high school with him, and he has always been that way. He didn’t (and probably doesn’t now) play basketball for the money or fame (although that’s probably nice, too), but he played because he loved the sport.

Kathryn looks exactly like her dad in the face!
