I Love Smoothies!
Ill give my recipe for Smothies:
1 cup Vanilla Yogurt
2 Scoops Whey Protein Powder
1/4 Cup Granulated Splenda
1 Bag Frozen Berries
Splash Milk
Put it all in a blender and blend til smooth and drink it with a Bubble Tea Straw!
YUMMY!
(If using blueberries ad a dash of Spirulina)

She’s looking healthy there, not as frail as she does when other photos of her come out and it just looks like she’s a stick with a bump attached. But she does look good there. Pregnancy really does agree with her, and is literally putting a little more meat on her bones in the process.

I just love seeing photos of Nicole right now! She’s the most adorable pregnant lady. She’s really looking healthy, beautiful, and she totally has that ‘glow’. I’ve always had a soft spot for her no matter what, and you can just SEE that she is in a really good place in her life right now.

Her clothes look exactly how she always dressed, just a bigger size lol. I don’t think she will need maternity wear at all, even fully pregnant she probably will weigh maybe around 125, and that’s an average weight for a lot of women. A lot of petite ladies can’t even fit into maternity wear, that was my friend who was 95lbs when she got pregnant and when she gave birth only weighed 118.
