Countess Alexandra of Frederiksborg and sons participate in a walkathon

Countess Alexandra of Frederiksborg, 43, fulfilled one of her charity commitments by participating in the annual ECCO walkathon, a four-mile trek around Copenhagen. She was joined by her sons Prince Nikolai, 8, and Prince Felix, 5, as every year and husband, photographer Martin Jørgensen. When in the past the young princes have had the luxury of riding in pushchairs, this year they were deemed old enough to complete the walkathon on their own. The boys’ father is Alexandra’s ex-husband, Prince Joachim of Denmark, 38.

They’re fifth and sixth, right after their father, who’s fourth. Crown Prince Frederik is first, then his adorable kids, Christian and baby Isabella. This site had the cutest photo of Prince Christian last year, with a little polar bear doll on his head.

They are in line for the throne, but not next. First in line is their uncle, Crown Prince Frederick, then his children, Prince Christian, and Princess Isabella. After that, is Prince Joachim, then Nikolai and Felix.
