Kevin Kline: No one should believe anything online

Actor Kevin Kline, 59, still finds it hard to believe how far Internet sites will go to make up rumors. He and wife Phoebe Cates, 44, were the subject of rumors that they were expecting their third child in 2005 — which was not true.

I’ve read things about myself on the internet that my kids have shown me and it’s completely invented. Supposedly, my wife and I, we’re expecting our third baby and it’s due in the autumn, so what else would we name it but Autumn. You can’t believe everything you read.

Kevin and Phoebe have son Owen, 15, and daughter Greta, 13.

Kevin Kline is turning 60 in October. He was born in 1947.

I didn’t realize he was married to Phoebe Cates. Wow, I’m shocked. I’m usually up to date on Hollywood marriages but I had no idea about that one.
