Princess Claire of Belgium pictured with twin sons Nicolas and Aymeric

Princess Claire of Belgium, 33, was interviewed by the Belgian magazine la Libre Match and she appears on the cover of the magazine with her twin boys Prince Nicolas and Prince Aymeric of Belgium, 20 months. The text on the front page reads,

Princess Claire exclusive: her happiness with her twins on the coast of Belgium. All photos from the celebrations of August 15. The irresistible little princes with their glowing mother on the beach of Knokke: born on December 13, 2005, Nicolas and Aymeric are much bigger than on their last outing with Prince Laurent.

Prince Laurent of Belgium, 43, is the boys’ father and they have older sister Princess Louise, 3 1/2.

I love that they have different haircuts and clothes at such a young age. Twins look adorable when they’re all dressed alike, but I think it’s important to impart from a young age that they’re individuals too. I have a friend with young twins who’s quite adamant about this, even going so far as to not refer to them as “the twins”.
