Okay, anyone else think it looks like Nicolas Cage is vacationing with his son and the teenage babysitter? Wow, she is young. I wonder how it works being married to a 43 year old man who has already seen the world and has his own particular hobbies? In every picture I’ve seen of them on the boat, she is holding the baby while Nic does his own thing. Plus, she is suffering from motion sickness (she is wearing Sea Bands)! What a vacation…

As soon as she got pregnant that’s the life she signed up for. He already has a grown son which not a lot of people knew about. Besides he has a career and reputation to worry about so he got married to her. I have to say they never look happy. It seems like he married her for reputation sake and she married him to keep the ‘fabulous’ lifestyle and from the looks of it they both look miserable.

And I’m cracking up that he’s on an eliptical (or some sort of exercise machine) on a yacht in Italy while his poor daughter – I mean wife – sits there looking rather miserable.

i hate it when people are do not put life vests on children who obviously can’t swim. its so irresponsible, i dont care how many parents, nannies, handlers, bodyguards, etc you have on hand.

she looks so young with her hair pulled back like that! normally she wears more make-up, probably because she looks young for her age (23), not to mention the 20 yr age difference.

Who’s to say that she’s miserable?! Jeez… This is one picture(!) besides any other picture we might see on another site. What does anyone know of this family? People automatically assume the worse.
He has the right to marry whomever he wants (as does she) and sometimes men marry younger women. Obviously he wanted another child and maybe they are a perfect match.
I’d love to be that yacht right about now, seasick or not…

Maybe she’s not seasick, maybe she’s pregnant again? I know some women wear sea bands for morning sickness. Either way, the picture is kind of amusing. Only a Hollywood star would be so vain as to exercise AT SEA!!! You’re supposed to be enjoying the view and relaxing Nic!

I agree with you Sarita, we don’t know them personally, do we? We don’t know how they get along. 20 years of difference, so what?! A lot of other celebrities have a longer age difference between them. What’s the matter if they love each other, respect each other, and so on. Do people always think that if celebrities marry younger people they are always thinking of reputation and the person they marry about money…come on. We’re in 2007, I thought it was about time for people to change their mind. And many times people marry people thir age and the marriage turns out to be miserable and ends up in divorce. So, is age really that important? Come on. (the “age” thing really pisses me off, sorry).
