Kurt Browning and wife welcome second son

Four-time World Figure Skating Champion Kurt Browning, 41, and his wife, Sonia Rodriquez, welcomed their second son, Dillon, on Tuesday, August 14.  He weighed 7 pounds and was born in Toronto.

The Stars on Ice cast member showed his excitement when stating that,

We’re very thankfulfor the blessing of a happy, healthy baby boy and for all of the wellwishes we have received. Mom and Dillon are both doing very well and we’re having a great time enjoying this special time together as a family.

The couple, who were marred in 1996, are also the parents to son, Gabriel, 4.

Yay! Congrats to Kurt and his wife, Sonia. As a fellow Canadian, I have grown up watching Kurt skate – and he, along with the USA’s Scott Hamilton, is one of the best performers out there. We have a children’s show here in Canada called “This is Daniel Cook” (do you have it there in the USA?), and in one episode Daniel spends the day with Kurt Browning on the ice rink. He was such a natural with Daniel (who is about 6 years old on the show, I believe). I can only imagine what a loving and involved father he must be. He has always come across as such a well-rounded “gentleman”. Yay, once again!

That WAS a good episode of This Is Daniel Cook!
I could have sworn that it said Dillion on tv TV screen while I watched ET Canada?
I even said it out loud “Dillion??”
