After traveling around the country with boyfriend Joel Madden‘s band Good Charlotte last week, 25-year-old Nicole Richie is back in Beverly Hills. On Monday, she was spotted out in a gray dress, on Tuesday, in black. She and Joel expect their baby in early January.

She already has a fuller face but still looks much better than the times she was thin like a stick.
I don’t know how she can cope the gain of weight- I thought she was anoraxic and gaining weight, even if it’s because of a baby, can be quite hard.
Does anyone know wether the two have planned the baby or wether it was more of an “accident”?

LOL Xan! She does carry that bump like th perfect accessory! She looks adorable and her baby bump is definitely making itself known. I’m tempted to think she’s due earlier than she’s letting on, her tummy looks a little further along than the 4 1/2 months she claiming. Either way I wish her the best and can’t wait to see the little one.

Sarah’s note: You could be right! From what Joel’s friend told us, they are due that split week — the last few days of December and the first few days of January. Of course if she schedules a c-section, she will probably deliver 7-10 days before her due date.

She looks really good. I am really happy for them. I am small, like she is, and I constantly had people tell me my EDD (for both children) had to wrong. I know my EDD’s were dead on, I am just small and looked bigger. Not to mention the “You MUST be carrying twins” line I heard all the time! *eye roll* lol
