Myleene Klass' newborn takes after her fiancé

MyleeneklassBritish singer Myleene Klass, 29, welcomed daughter Ava Bailey on Thursday, and the day-old tyke is already bearing a strong resemblance to one parent, Myleene’s dad Oscar says.
We have just seen the baby. She has lovely Chinese eyes but the rest of her looks more like her dad [Graham Quinn] than Myleene.
Oscar adds that Myleene is doing well and Ava is a "lovely little name for a girl." The proud grandfather also extends his gratitude towards the locals.
We are so happy for Myleene. Myleene wishes to thank all the people in Norwich and Norfolk for their best wishes and support.

I can’t wait to see little Ava, she’ll be absolutely stunning! Congrats Myleene and Graham :)

“lovely chinese eyes”? couldn’t her father have said, ‘she has myleene’s eyes’ or ‘she has lovely almond shaped eyes’?
Please Note, i have no idea what Ava looks like and whether we can dissect her features so clearly 1 day after her birth! my comments are mainly driven by my own concerns about my future children (as triggered by the comments).
as an asian-american married to an anglo-american, i’m slightly worried that my genetic contribution to the physical appearance of our children will be reduced in other people’s minds to the shape of my eyes.
that said, i love that the earlier comments about Kal-El (Nicholas Cage and Alice Kim’s son) didn’t analyze his appearance in terms of phenotypes. maybe i’m overreacting, but remember all that tabloid talk about Suri having ‘Asian’ eyes and therefore of questionable parentage? it’s nice to know what celebrity babies tries to promote an environment that doesn’t discriminate!
