CBB Exclusive: Melissa Joan Hart gives us a Mason update!

Actress Melissa Joan Hart, 31, gives us an exclusive update on how her son Mason Walter, 19 months, is doing and his latest developments and milestones. Melissa is married to musician Mark Wilkerson.

Mason is talking like crazy and loves topretend to talk on a cell phone (or remote control which looks similar,I guess). But he won’t actually speak if someone is on the other line.He loves harassing the dogs and thinks it’s hilarious to chase themwith his truck.

Swings and the slide are his favorite summer thingright now. We take him for long walks (not stroller, but actuallywalking) and he is faster than us for most of the walk, unless he findsa cool stick or bug. He is obsessed with ‘Shrek’ and ‘Cars’.

His Daddygave him a very short haircut but it kinda looks cute even though hisforehead looks huge now!

i have a 2006 baby as well (named melissa ), and she does the cell phone thing too: won’t talk when someone is on the other line. lol

My son is about the same age as her little boy and its so neat to me how much they have in common. My son loves to play on the swings and slide and just be outside, but he is obsessed w/ Shrek! He also loves to talk on the phone, but as soon as someone is really on the other line wanting to talk to him, he runs away. Her little boy is so adorable and I’m so happy for her and her family ~

Melissa and I were due on the same day but my son came 4 days earlier and her’s came later. Aside from the talking my son is doing all those things too. He carries around the tv remote and if I’m on the phone he’ll talk into the remote, copying me. He has 3 fake phones, but the remote is cooler I think. Hahaha. If I hand him a phone to talk to someone he just wants to push the bottons, won’t talk to anyone.

That boy is a total buttercup. so darn cute! Melissa always looks so happy in photos… i hope her and Mark have more kids; it’s obvious they are loving parents.
