Brad ‘Freddy’ Fittler, 35, takes his son, Zachariah, 3, with him to training on Saturday. Brad coaches the NRL Sydney Roosters. Brad has said that his children are what keep him focused and grounded.

When you come home, regardless of what’s happened, there’s always that time you have to dedicate to your kids. They don’t care how your day has been, they just want you to play with them. They really do straighten you up. It helps take you off your emotional wave with footy. They’ve been sensational. They’re good, happy, healthy kids.
