Victoria Beckham blogs about sons going back to school

Victoria_2

Victoria "Posh Spice" Beckham, 33, has decided to capture her transition from a European icon to an American soccer mom/icon not only on camera, but in a new blog as well. The former Spice Girl, to be revitalized with an upcoming reunion tour, has included some details about her family’s new Hollywood life. She begins saying,

Hi everybody. Hope you are all well. Well we have finally unpacked our boxes and I am loving our new house – it is totally major! Just adding some of the finishing touches to it actually and then it really will feel like home. On top of that the weather here has been amazing too so we are all a happy bunch.

The star’s family, which includes her international soccer star hubby David Beckham, 32, and their three sons, have recently moved into a 6-bedroom, $22 million home in Beverly Hills. With the cross Atlantic move, the couple’s two oldest sons, 8-year-old Brooklyn and 4-year-old Romeo, will enter their first American school, which Victoria says the boys are excited about.

The boys are really looking forward to starting their new school so we’ve got to make sure they are all kitted out with new schoolbags and pencil cases. You remember what it’s like going back to school, you’ve got to have a new EVERYTHING!

The couple’s third son Cruz is 2-years-old.

You’re telling me about going back to school, I’m broke after buying my son his school uniform – £150 for one child i am dreading what it will be like with 2!

They seem to be settling down well in America, I hope the boys enjoy their new school :)

Teehee!! She sounds excited at buying all their school equipment. I love buying all those bits and seeing them all pristine! Doesn’t last long though. Hope the boys get on in their new school and the children welcome them.

Wish she would stop with the “major” thing though.

I hope they get on well at school too. Is school starting this month in America? It doesn’t start until September in England but I’ve heard you get longer holidays (vacation) than us. The holidays start at the end of July and finish in early September here.
What does “major” (used in the way Victoria uses it) mean? Like “cool” or “great”? I read in a magazine that it was a British expression but I don’t know anyone who says it, lol.
