Celebrity Baby Blog was featured in the Australian magazine, Woman’s Day, in the July 23rd issue. The article quotes CBB reader and commenter PSB’s July 8th post in relation to Naomi Watts and her ever growing baby belly during her pregnancy. The article questions whether you thought Naomi’s pregnancy seemed particularly long – What did you think?

I think she was just showing early [I know I am!!] at the Oscars so it seems long. No one’s pregnancy seems longer than Katie Holmes’ was. Her bellybutton had popped out in October-ish and she didn’t give birth til april…. that was THE longest pregnancy ever. my money was on her giving birth in february. guess i was wrong!

Shannon’s note: Katie already has an “outie” belly button too, so her belly button never really “popped” because it was already out!

Yes and no. Her pregnancy was as long as any it’s just she happened to be photographed virtually every single day of it so it seemed like forever to us.

Yeah it seemed really long – being there were Daily Updates – Yet Where Are The Pics Now That The Baby Is Here?

She wasn’t pregnant too long, just over exposed. Where are the pictures of the new baby???

Well, obviously I thought her pregnancy seemed long. LOL. It’s funny to be quoted in a magazine Down Under ;>

I think her pregnancy seemed long to us because she got big early and we saw photos of her daily—which I loved, because I love Naomi—but it could not have been fun for her. It felt like we were living with her, because we saw her every single day. She was such a sport, always smiling for the cameras.

I also cannot wait to see a picture of that baby. I hope she releases one, since she was so great about letting the photogs take pictures of her while pregnant.

her pregnancy may have seemed because pictures were constantly being taken of her. i mean it seemed long to me. this is coming from someone who carried their baby for 42 almost 43 weeks. now i was pregnant forever!people who saw me often seemed to grow tired of my pregnancy, more than i did and i was the one going through it.

uhhh….YES! Though, I think it may have been due to the fact that she was out almost every day during the last few weeks when she was soooo big! A lot of women are miserable by that time and want to get out as little as possible. It seems like we’ve been waiting for her to “pop” for three months!

"We weren't trying to have kids. We left it up to fate. I knew there was a possibility, but I was really excited. Even if you are trying, just to see a positive result is shocking!"
