Actor Ben Stiller, 41, lets son Quinlin Dempsey, 2, get up close and personal with a hook hand prop on-set earlier today in Hawaii. The Taylor-Stiller family is currently spending time in the state while Ben films Tropic Thunder — billed as a ‘war comedy.’

I think Quinlin’s wearing a Kingsley “King of Rock” tee. The font and logo match. I can’t find that particular shirt online, though.

I didn’t know Ben had such muscular arms! It looks good. And I love how he’s trying to relate the hook to his son, who appears(even from behind) to be scared.
