On rumors of sperm donation (see below original post), which Denise has denied, Charlie says,
They are true. There is documentation that I’ll showin court revealing the request for my ‘donation.’ I’m good enough toprovide DNA but I’m not good enough to hire my own child care provider?
Outlining the specific custody issues he wants changed, Charlie reveals,
I want an extra weekend per month, the ability tohire my own nanny or child care provider and no phone calls to thehouse unless there is a medical emergency. If there’s a problem thencall, but otherwise I don’t want to interrupt my time with the girls torun to the phone. As far as this nanny business, I can’t be monitoredanymore. The type of household that Brooke and I provide, we should beable to decide if we need help or not.

She’s doing everything she can to keep his visits supervised by her nanny, because her nanny spies for her.
As for reports that Denise and Charlie’s fiancee’ Brooke Mueller, 29, have spent time together recently, with Denise sending the couple congratulatory flowers to celebrate their recent engagement, the friend says,
Denise set it up. Brooke never got the flowers, but she did get a callfrom Denise saying, ‘It’s an emergency, come meet me now.’ When Brookemet her, there were four paparazzi waiting to take their picture. Afterthe pictures were done, Denise told Brooke, ‘It’s been taken care of.’
Denise denied the claims and told Page Six,
This is disgusting. He is doing this now because he’s not happy with me and the custody arrangement.
She then provided counterpoints to Charlie’s friend’s claims, refuting them one by one.
My mom is going through chemotherapy and I askedCharlie if my mom could see the kids before she got really sick. That’sa valid request. He doesn’t stick to the schedule he has with the kids– that’s not my fault.I did ask both Charlie and Brooke to lunch to see the kids — he hadn’tseen them in two weeks — but only Brooke took me up on it. Thepaparazzi were already following me, as they do every day, and took apicture — and I have the bill for the flowers I sent from Mark’sGarden. Brooke even showed my nanny the flowers.
Denise also commented on the reports that have circled recentlyregarding her wanting another child — rumors even say she askedCharlie to father one — saying,
I don’t want another child right now. I have my handsfull and am focusing on my children, my mother and my career. I thoughtI was past all this stuff.
A rep for Charlie said he does not comment on his client’s personal life.
