Kelly Osbourne shopping on Tuesday

Kelly Osbourne, 22, who was recently cast in the play Chicago, was spotted out shopping on Bond Street on Tuesday.

Kelly is the daughter of rock star Ozzy Osbourne, 58, and his wife Sharon Osbourne, 54.
