Actress Salma Hayek, 40, was spotted out in Hollywood on Sunday. Her baby is believed to be due later this summer. Last week, the National Enquirer reported the rumor that Salma has gestational diabetes.

She looks really great, very pretty. I guess she just popped early and stayed the same size, because she really doesn’t look very big to me for 3rd trimester (but she looked a little large for her 2nd). This just goes to show you that people gain baby weight at different speeds and in spurts.
I can’t wait to see her baby, I’m sure s/he will be stunning.

I have to chuckle, though – her boobs are just pregantic! (my new word, LOL) My girlfriends and I can’t decide who has bigger pregantic boobs – Selma or Charlotte Church. It’s a very close call I think.

She looks so great! I have to say she gives me hope, I’m the same height and build as her pre-pregnancy body (minus a cup size sadly lol) and I’ve been terrified of the way I’ll look pregnant. She’s carrying like a normal woman who puts on weight all over but still looks fantastic and glowing while doing it. I’d gotten used to seeing the celebs who look like nothing changed but the bowling ball they seemed to have ingested nine months prior lol. I recognize it’s just how they carry, and as women we all carry differently, but Salma is the first celeb I’ve seen who looks like the pregnant women I’ve know.
In any case, I’m sure that baby is going to be STUNNING! God help her and her fiance if the baby looks anything like mommy.

I don’t care what she’s having, she is wonder woman for wearing those shoes while pregnant. I would have killed myself on those things, wow. She looks amazing. Her boobs are ginoramus.

Salma is so beautiful, looks so young. One of my favorite actress and seems like a nice lady, I can’t wait to see wht she has and what she names it. She keeps her personal life private, love that about her, not always looking for attention, like many celebrities often are. Her outfit is cute, and I think she is having a boy. She really isn’t that big, her arms, face look thin, it’s all boobs and belly.

I have to agree about the shoes, i couldn’t where neither high hills nor platforms it would exhaust me even more. On the other hand she wouldn’t be wearing them if it wasn’t comfortable for her.

Platform shoes, like the ones she is wearing can be very confortable. When I was pregnant the soles of my feet were painful, and thick or cushioned soled shoes were the best for me. She does look very good – I love the dress.
