Dirty Laundry Tees

Img_0977You’re going to be interested in this dirty laundry – Dirty Laundry’s fresh and funky tees for kids! Owners Erika Pantages and Teresa Findlay, describe Dirty Laundry as, "A t-shirt is a statement that lasts as long as you like and says nothing and everything about who you are. Some pieces are completely hand-stitched, taking hours to make! Each applique is hand cut and layered onto each shirt either by heat press or hand stitching." They produce their entire line in Vancouver, Canada, with a great team of sewers.

They sent me the Yo! in black for Ben. He’s pictured wearing it, while blowing a kiss to his Grammie Sheil. Loved the green alien on the shirt!  Ben associates the Yo! with his YoBaby yogurt (no clue what an alien is at almost 2 years of age). He liked wearing the soft and comfortable tee. I thought he looked extremely cute in it and it has quickly become one of our faves.

Check out their children’s and baby collections. In the baby collection, sizes run 3-6 months,  6-12 months and 12- 18 months. The Punk Boy with black skull and crossbones and the Punk Girl with pink skull and crossbones are hysterical. I also really liked the Kiss Me Frog and Zoom. In the children’s collection, sizes range from 6 months, 1, 2, 4, 6 and 8.  Punk Rocker, Tough Chick, Abra Cadabra and Boogie Woogie were my faves. Besides the tees, there are also fun dresses and hoodies.

The company also has wall decals and will be coming out with tableware and bed linens soon. To find a retailer near you or online that carries Dirty Laundry, click here.

Mom Said It

"It helps that other moms had said that once they had their babies, they forgot they were ever pregnant. So once my focus became the baby and not the pregnancy, it was a very easy decision."
