Laura Innes and daughter Mia

07/15/2007 at 08:02 PM ET

ER actress Laura Innes, 47, and her daughter Mia, 6, were spotted enjoying some ice cream over the weekend. Laura and husband David Brisbin also have a son, Cal, 17. After his premature birth in 1990, Laura was hospitalized for three months. When it came time to add to their family, David and Laura adopted Mia, who was a year old at the time, from China in 2002 — they’ve been open about their involvement in Families With Children From China.

They’re adorable! I remember when Laura Innes first adopted Mia. She’s such a big girl now!

Wow I think that’s the first time I see a picture of Laura and her daughter because she is so low key. Mia is a stunning little girl! And that’s funny how they both have the same expression in the third picture. And it’s really great to see how happy they are together🙂
