it looks to me like she’s having twins and she’s keeping it from everyone because her belly is so huge. It could also be that she might have a 10 pounder.

Gigi, I had the exact same thought a couple of weeks ago and nearly posted it – she is massive, and has put on so much weight in places like her arms and face, it HAS to be twins. In fact I wouldn’t be surprised given her age if it was an IVF pregnancy which as we all know can lead to higher incidences of multiple births.
