Belgian-Canadian singer/songwriter Lara Fabian expecting

07/11/2007 at 12:54 AM ET

Belgian-Canadian singer/songwriter Lara Fabian, 37, announced on her official website that she is expecting her first child with fiance Gerard Pullicino.

It is a nice little rounded tummy in which a little baby girl is growing… 5 months of pregnancy and I haven’t had bouts of morning sickness I couldn’t deal with, no cravings for broccolis with cheddar at 4am either.

Based on the post, we think she is due in late October or early November.

Lara is considered Canadian and Belgian, not just Belgian.

Annoying Lara on

Can’t stand this woman. But I guess by having a baby, it will keep her busy for a while…

Mom Said It

"I had to make a decision that I could sleep with every night. I did feel responsible for the young girls who I probably confused and let down. I apologize for that. But I wasn't trying to glamorize teen pregnancy."
