Craig Biggio and family celebrate 3,000th hit

Houston Astros designated hitter and second baseman Craig Biggio hit a milestone on Thursday, June 28 against the Colorado Rockies when he achieved his 3,000th career hit. Celebrating with Craig were his wife, Patty, their seven-year-old daughter, Quinn Patricia, and sons, Conor Joseph, 14 and Cavan Thomas, 12.
