Some of these stars use their kids as props. Heath envelopes himself around his child. It makes me swoon. I wouldn’t be at all suprised if he had wished he could birth his child himself. I don’t see Michelle get’n preggers anytime soon. I thought Heath wanted 6 kids. Then again perhaps he didn’t mean by Michie exclusively.

I don’t think they are still together….just pretending to be. Of course, if she can manage to get pregnant again….they may stay together for longer.

I cross my fingers it’s just their schedules and trying to have someone home with Matilda, but we really haven’t seen them together in a long time. They’re really one of my favorite young couples– they seemed to have fallen so hard for eachother when they were doing all the Brokeback press. And even with having a baby so soon, they seemed grounded enough to handle it. I hope for Matilda’s sake they’re still happy…

What are you all talking about? “Pretending” to be together? Where did that come from. Really, gossip is a terrible thing.
Of course they’re still together. Just before Heath began this movie the family were on vacation together. There were pictures all over the place. Michelle is not working now because they don’t have a nanny and one of them is home while the other works.

I love the gossip you guys base this on and all the insensitive comments about her getting pregnant to keep him with her. If that was Michelle’s gig, she’d be pregnant already! Leave the poor girl alone. Michelle is filming a movie in NYC right now and Heath is on a 5-day hiatus from The Dark Knight in Chicago. It’s no wonder we don’t see them together right now, they’re both working on two different films in two different cities. Calm down!

They said that she will work on building her career for a while and he will stay with Matilda and then vice versa. Yes, they are absolutely still together. And I think he just has pool hair (chlorine turns blonde hair green…).

Essie–thanks for the info. I’m glad to know they just had a family vacation. They are such a cute couple and family. I was hoping it was just a schedule thing (that there haven’t been too many pics of them together lately) and not that they’ve broken up. I know they sold their brownstone (I live in NYC), so I thought maybe something was up.
