Singer Seal, 44, spent some quality time with daughter Leni, 3, and mother-in-law Erna Klum (who we assume has Johan, 7 months, in the Bugaboo) on Wednesday in NYC.

Please don’t take this the wrong way, because in no way do I mean this as a disrespectful question. Who is Leni’s biological father? I know that sometimes when interracial couples have children they can resemble one race more then the other. But in Leni case she doesn’t mixed at all, while Heidi and Seal’s other children do….

Sarah’s note: A man named Flavio Briatore who abandoned Heidi soon after they announced the pregnancy together. Seal and Heidi started dating when Heidi was 7 months pregnant, Seal was there for Leni’s birth, etc.

That is an adorable photo

I was reading somewhere yesterday that mentioned Leni is actually “Helene”, though I’ve been under the impression until then that her name was simply Leni Klum. Anybody have information on the “Helene” speculation?

Sarah’s note: Leni is apparently a common German nickname for Helene. German readers have told us Heidi has said on German talk shows that her full name is Helene. When Heidi released Leni’s baby photo and info in the US, she only said ‘Leni Klum’ — no Helene and no middle name either.

You know, Seal may not be her “Father”, but he is her “Daddy” which is SO much more important! I love that he has taken her as his own! It’s so amazing when a man steps up to be an acutal man!

Granted he has been there since before she was born, but it’s still great to see that special bond they share!

Leni is named after Heidi’s german grandma Helene wich Heidi as a kid called Oma (grandma) Leni.
