Update: Holmes-Cruise family swimming and relaxing in France

Tom Cruise, 44, Katie Holmes, 28, and Suri Cruise, 14 months, were spotted taking a dip and relaxing at Paloma Beach in Ferrat, France. The family is in town for a wedding. The Sun tabloid is reporting Katie is pregnant again — but TomKat reps deny it, saying,

They are not expecting a second child. Tom is preparing for his next movie.

Suri has at least 6 teeth!

What cute pictures. Suri is such an adorable baby. Katie looks great as well. I like the new cut. While her long hair was gorgeous, I think the shorter look is fresh and a bit sassy. She might look a bit more mature, but in an age where many are trying to look younger and younger, I’m not going to pick on Katie for going for a more mature cut. Personally, I figure she just wanted to cut her hair. Who knows.

Though, it might not be a bad thing if it leads to the acknowledgement that she’s not as young as she was when she played Joey Potter. She’s almost thirty, married and a mother. There is nothing wrong with looking like it. She’s still gorgeous and well kept in appearance.
I really do love seeing her with Suri like this. They look happy.

Gigi- What makes you think that the reason Katie wasn’t wearing a bikini was because Tom wouldn’t let her? For all we know, not wearing a bikini could have been completely KATIE’S decision. Oh, and I am younger than Katie and the only swimsuit I own is a one piece. Not only that, but I have no intentions of ever wear a bikini. I am just not comfortable showing that much skin! I use to love Katie… and then she married Tom. Now she seems so… Hollywood. I wish she would dump the stuck-up rich housewife look and go back to the way she was before. I’m not sure why everyone is picking on Katie just because she’s got on a one piece instead of a skimpy bikini. She did have a baby just over a year ago, maybe she’s got stretch marks she doesn’t like. Or perhaps she’s just not into bikinis. Plenty of people chose not to wear them. Maybe she wants to set a good example for her daughter. I know Reece Witherspoon doesn’t wear bikinis and won’t let Ava either.

OMIGOSH I don’t know why some people on other websites have a problem with this family, but they are so so cute! Suri is absolutely gorgeous!! Whoa, did you check out the other pictures and see those high heels Katie was wearing with her shorts? Do people wear heels to the beach these days? Interesting how Tom stayed fully-clothed and out of the water; long pants and long-sleeved sweater on what must have been a warm day. I noticed his forearms were kind of pasty white and skinny, so maybe he’s not as “buff” as one would expect, hah.

I love Katie’s hair but I don’t like the bathing suit. BUT I don’t know what’s under there, she does so maybe her body looked better in that bathing suit than a smaller “younger” type. Katie def. looks a lot older w/ that haircut and I agree at first it looked like Victoria Beckham. I wouldn’t say I like the hairstyle on her but it’s okay I guess if older is what she’s trying to get.

I’m a tad confused. What’s a ‘too happy’ look? It’s not as if she’s breaking her face open smiling in every picture. She’s appears to be laughing and smiling with her husband and child. If this were any number of other women, it would be taken as just that. As it is, if she weren’t smiling, it would probably be said “see, look how miserable Tom has made her. She probably doesn’t even want to be there, but she has to play her mogul wife role…” etc.

When Katie has on sunglasses and is dressed up, she looks like a woman pushing thirty (hardly one pushing 50 -which would be twenty years older as some are saying), who happens to like nice clothes that lean towards the conservative. If you look at her when dressed up prior to Tom, she was indeed still just as conservative and elegant. Yes, she wore jeans back then, she still wears jeans. It’s not as if she once dressed in short, spank tight, revealing clothes, and now she doesn’t.

Katie’s clothes are very expensive and classy, but does anyone else think that the ‘Jackie O’ look just doesn’t work for her? My take on the pics is that she IS in the early stage of pregnancy.

Not so much for the slightly round tummy, so unlike her recent skinny self, but for the unanimously loathed one-piece costume. She looks to me as if she’s trying to cover up a little, although I must say it could just be the belt and the pictures angle that make her look bloated. And then again, I don’t know why, but to me she looks the most pregnant from behind, in the pic where Suri is looking into the camera.

My hair goes in a ponytail or pigtails every day, so lately I find myself envious of people with cute, trendy, styled hair. I love this cute. I love these photos, but what strikes me about them is how weird it would be to be trying to have these normal moments with your family when you know there is a total stranger off in the distance photographing your every move. My daughter is about a month older than Suri, and we’ve been spending lots of time in the water. Obviously we’re not that gorgeous, and we’re just on the gulf coast down in TX, which is hardly France. But that could be us at the beach, and how creepy to have all these people recording and watching. Did I mention I love the photos?

“she looks older dressing a swinsuit” WHY? I didn’t know that was a rule to all the women of the world to use bikinis, she looks amazing with this beautiful swinsuit.

Nicole- When did Katie tell us that everything she does is very calculated? I must disagree and say I can deny that she does every thing based on public perception (in this case, choose to cut her hair). Of course, I would be presumptuous making such an assumption, as I don’t know her personally. So, personally, I wouldn’t hazard to speak for Katie on why she chose a one-piece or to cut her hairt.
Seriously, if she lived based on public perception, she’d have let the public ‘free’ her when they were so very vocal about believing she needed to be freed and rescued from Tom. Better still if she were so concerned about public perception, she’d never leave the house.. because every time she does, some body picks her actions apart. Whether it’s going for coffee, kissing her kid on the beach (as several celeb mothers have been seen doing lately), or going to dinner with her spouse, somebody has some assumption about it- generally some extreme assumption.
It would be like assuming that the only Matt Damon and Ben Affleck are frolicking on the beach with the little ones is for a photo op cause Matt has a new moive out and Ben could use a hit… and what seems to be hotter these days then celeb babies? Awwwws go out around the world. Now, I don’t believe that it could be case, but why even go there with any of these people. I don’t know them; I just like looking at how beautiful they are.

Nicole – Her cutting her hair and choice of swimsuit is calculated. I’m sorry that is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. So she is dressing older, people grow up and change, she has gotten older become a mother so maybe thats why she dresses differently. Wow…I can’t believe some of you people!!!

First Katie is “programmed”, then she’s “controlled and held prisoner” and now she’s “Calculated?” Seriously???

Then there’s the whole “Suri just CANNOT be her age, she has SIX teeth!!!” Well that’s the dumbest thing I ever heard!!! My nephew had EIGHT, yes EIGHT teeth at 14 months and more hair than Suri….my own SON had THREE teeth before he was SIX MONTHS!!! You see, not all kids grow at the same rate..well what do you know, Suri may be one of those kids!

It astounds me how people just look for things to pick at with this family. They look “TOO HAPPY?” HOLY CRAP..what the heck is too happy??? Do Brad and Angelina look “too angry?” because they are hardly ever seen smiling in photos (A few on here prove that), so should we assume they aren’t happy together? NO, of course not…but Katie and Tom look “TOO HAPPY to be real is that it? Give me a freaking break!!!

Suri is beautiful and she is very well loved by BOTH her parents and she looks happy and healthy, that should say it all. She does look a lot like William and Tom and she is just a cutie pie…man, maybe we should throw Tom and Katie in jail for having a happy, well adjusted daughter! WHAT CRETINS!!! Whatever!!!!

As far as Katie goes, maybe she got tired of having long hair in the summer. Maybe it was too much for her to deal with having a toddler running around. I cut my hair off when my son was one, many MANY moms do that…but with Katie..it’s “CALCULATED” Yeah, okay…..

I for one, think she looks amazing and I applaud her for wanting to change her look. Maybe she wants to look more mature now that she’s a mom and lose that little “waif” look she used to have. Maybe she wants to look like a wife and mother. Heck, maybe she just wanted to CUT HER HAIR..GOD FORBID!!!

I was pointing out how many teeth my daughter has because there are people saying she can’t be 14 months and have 6 teeth, while my daughter is a few days older than Suri and has the same amount.

Well since there aren’t new photos of Brad, Angelina and their kids around and Angelina has no new interviews that prove she doesn’t love her kids equally, it must be time to over analyse the Cruise family! LOL

Her hair is so light brown compared to Tom & Katie’s, plus the eyes and the nose, it just seems so different.

Its great if she is Tom’s but was there ever DNA to prove it? I just think its so odd how much resemblance there is between Chris & Suri.

Not that I’m opposed to Suri being raised in a happy loving marraige like Tom & Katie seem to have. But whose nose does Suri have and why is her hair so light?

Why is her hair so light? Both my parents have very dark hair and my sister was born blonde! It got darker as she went older though… I can’t believe that some people are so desperate for there to be a conspiracy theory about his family.
