Update: Planet Gossip maven Mark Malkin confirms that Milla Jovovich and Paul W.S. Anderson‘s baby is a girl and is due in November.

Originally posted April 23rd:Model/actress/designer Milla Jovovich, 31, and her fiance, director Paul W.S. Anderson, 42, are expecting their first child this fall. The pregnancy isn’t exactly out of the blue – in November, Milla had talked about preparing her body for conception.
