I cook for my kids every day. Sitting down for dinner is a priority for us. That’s our time together. To lose weight, I can’t eat spaghetti, but I want them to eat spaghetti. I don’t let them sit around and eat sugar all day, but if they want to have some ice cream or a cupcake, they can. They eat a balanced meal, every meal.
I’m into comfort over fashion.I have to be able to chase my kids. I have to be able to bend over without things falling out or my butt crack showing.
