Rod Stewart's son arrested and sued for assault
TMZ is reporting that according to police, Sean Stewart, reality star and the son of rocker Rod Stewart, was arrested on Tuesday for attacking a man and his wife with a brick in the Hollywood Hills two months ago.
The 26-year, who appears on the A&E show Sons of Hollywood alongside Tori Spelling’s younger brother Randy Spelling, was charged with four felonies, including one count of vandalism, one count of throwing substance at a vehicle and two counts of assault with a deadly weapon. He reportedly only spent an hour behind bars before being released on a $60,000 bond.
As reported on CBB, during the event two months ago Sean and some of his friends randomly threw bricks, rocks, a mailbox, and a trash can at a Ford F150. The truck, containing the man and his wife, was passing through the neighborhood near a house party that Sean and his friends weren’t allowed to attend. The couple, who is suing the rock legend’s son, state in their legal paperwork that a very angry Sean was,
Swinging his arms, punching, throwing bricks and other items.
