Patrick Dempsey on his twin sons, parenthood, and showbiz
Patrick Dempsey will be interviewed this evening on Entertainment Tonight. The Grey’s Anatomy star, dad to Talula Fyfe, 5 1/2, and Darby Galen and Sullivan Patrick, 4 months, spoke a bit about his children. Here are the highlights:
On his sons: They change. I leave in the morning and come back in the evening andthey’ve grown. They’re starting to talk and now there’s some reactionthere. They use their faces and hold their heads up a bit.
Show business for the children?: I think with your kids, whatever their passion is, you give yoursupport. You give them the opportunity to try what they want to try.
On raising kids: The first year is really hard. The first 18 years are extremely difficult.
