Dannielynn Birkhead at 9 months
Larry Birkhead and daughter Dannielynn Hope, now 9 months, were interviewed by Greta Van Susteren last Thursday for On The Record, airing at 10 pm this evening.

VB, I know Anna Nicole had her dubious moments in public, but that was a terrible thing for you to say about her, have some respect for the dead.
Anyway, Dannielynn is getting SO big! She and Larry look very happy together, which is great to see. I can see a lot of her mother in her, but I think she’s looking more like Larry as she gets older. I hope she lives a long life, even if her mother and brother couldn’t, God bless them.

I liked it when, during the interview, he talked of how fatherhood has changed him. He said, “If someone asks me, ‘You want to go on a roller coaster ride?’ I think, ‘What if something happens to me when I’m on that roller coaster and Dannielynn’s left all alone?’ She affects my every decision.” Not the exact quote; it was something along those lines.

Such a pretty baby, looks like both her parents. I feel bad she has no mother at such a young age, but Larry seems like a sweet dad and is glowing with his daughter.

They both look happy and healthy, and she’s definitely rounded out since the last time I saw her. I love the shot of her two top teeth that are coming in, and her round cheeks are adorable. Good to see she’s bonded with her father, judging by the photos and how she looks at him, acts around him!

Oh wow she is just a cutie.I think Anna and Larry did a great job with this little angel.VB that was rude.I think she was a good mother.She raised her son nobody else did.WE don’t know what went on in this woman’s life only people around her do.Only one person who seems to have been a disgruntled employee said things about her and thats it.Anyway I wish him the best and I hope life will become more normal to them once he gets her mom off his back about his baby.

Nov 2006 my 37 yr old daughter gave birth to her first child and my first grandson, unfortunately he was stillborn. My heart goes out to Larry who has a beautiful daughter, watching him with Greta showed how much he loves Dannielynn, I wish I could have been soooo lucky. The pathetic scenario with “D’OPY”, the greedy ways of HK$ & Virgie make me feel sooo annoyed that I don’t have my grandson to cuddle makes me mad!….sorry…give D/L the best life…sod off those who think they may get money!!!

Does anyone else think she looks just like her grandmother, Virgie, in that second picture? Which means, she will look like her mother, Anna Nicole, when she grows up. Not bad!! It’s uplifting to see her happy with her, also happy, father, now.

She was so little for so long; I’m glad she’s put on some baby fat. She looks very healthy, and they both look happy.
I was skeptical of how genuine Larry was at first, but he seems to have her best interestes at the forefront of his thoughts/actions. He isn’t out partying every night and leaving her with strangers while he spends all her money. Even if he lived hard and fast before she came, he seems changed, and children should change your lifestyle choices no matter if you’re a celebrity or not. It’s not all about you any more.
I really, really hope this story will have a happy ending.

She is a pretty little girl! I can definitely see some of Larry in her now that she is a little older. I am glad to see father and daughter so comfortable together. HKS never looked anything but smug when he was holding her.

I just love babies at this age, they have all those pinchable little baby fat rolls! So cute, her hair seems a bit darker, but maybe that’s just because she has more of it now. Glad to hear they are back in Larry’s home-state of California. I wonder if Larry will continue his job as a photographer?

VB I don’t think Anna would have been a good influence for the baby either. Anna had a very well known drug and alcohol problem. That alone would have put Danni in danger. I think Larry is/was the best choice for her. He comes from a big southern family (who aren’t hurting financially) he has sisters and nieces and nephew that Danni will get to grow up with and she wouldn’t have had that with Anna especially since she was estranged from everyone in her family. Danni would’ve been cooped up with Anna and her love sick lawyer in the Bahamas. With that kind of influence around her poor Danni, God forbid she could’ve turned out like her big brother and her mom.
I’m thrilled that Larry got rightful custody of his child and I will never like Howard for attempting to kidnap his daughter.

She is such a cutie !! Watch out Suri and shiloh you have some serious competition LOL I watched Larry King live this morning, it was sooo adorable, it made my day. Larry seems to be a very good daddy, very loving, very protective with her. The way he was holding her… no doubt that he loves his baby girl, you can’t fake the loving and protective gestures that he had for her. I loved when he said ” I go wherever she wants to go” and ” For the moment, she is the only one who counts, she is the most important” ( when Larry asked him about get married and have other babies)what a great dad.I’m happy that he had custody, Howard could have never been a good father for Dannielynn; I’m pretty sure that he was only interested about the millions !! Anyway… DL looks very happy and her smile kills me !!

I do not think this is a pretty child. She looks huge, big face, and there is something not right about her. Can’t put my finger on it, but I am betting there are going to be developmental problems.
Not as good looking as I would have thought with Anna as her mom.
