i personally think it looks like a fake bump, pictures printed on this website the other day only showed a tiny bump! besides if she was that pregnant / far along there surely would have been alot more media attention on the subject!

They’re not fake — Isla’s been wearing extremely loose clothing for the past few months –this is the first form-fitting outfit we’ve seen her in.
