Holly Robinson Peete and son Robinson out and about

Actress Holly Robinson Peete, 42, and her middle son Robinson, 4 1/2, were spotted out doing errands in LA last week. Holly and her husband Rodney recently told People magazine about their struggle with their oldest son RJ’s autism — check it out if you haven’t already!

Robinson favors her a lot in the face, and they seem to have the same expressions in the first photo, hehe. But he’s a gorgeous little boy. :)

Is she pregnant again?

Looks preggers again!

She’s had 4 kids, maybe her belly just isn’t as toned right now???

I think she looks fine. She just has a teeny bit of her tummy hanging out. For having two kids and a set of twins and being 42, I’d say she’s doing well!

- Lauren on

Lauren- Actually, she has FOUR kids: RJ and his twin sister (I can’t remember her name), Rodney, and then another little boy who is about two or so.

I agree with Lauren! Personally, I hate how people always seem to think that, if a female celeb has a bit of a belly, she must be pregnant. Considering that Holly is 42, I highly doubt she’ll have another child. Also, her belly does look like it is simply hanging out a little bit. One other thing, she and Rodney recently did an interview with People magazine about RJ’s autisum. Don’t you think that they would have announced their pregnancy then if they were expecting (especially considering that, if her belly bump WERE a pregnancy bump, it would mean she was past the three month mark)?

I too was going to say she looks like she may be pregnant again! How exciting if it’s true!

- Em on

Em- She already has four kids, one of whom is Autistic and needs lots of extra love and attention, snd she is already 42. Why would she have a fifth child?

- Annoynomus on

Oh, and I have a question for the rest of you CBB commentors: Why is that, everytime a female celeb appears to have a “bump” it is immeditely speculated that she is pregnant? I have always wondered why this is so, and I hope some of you can help me figure it out!

- Annoynomus on

Anonymous, Lauren did say she had four kids: Two kids (two individual pregnancies, Robinson and Roman) and her pregnancy with the twins(2). That’s four.

I don’t assume, but it looks to me to me more of a pregnancy belly then and fat belly. I could be wrong.

I believe she has never announced her pregnancy is the past, and just people found out. If she were to announce it in a magazine, I think it would take away from the point of the article, which was the focus her son.

Oh and just because a woman is 42 and has four kids, shouldn’t mean that she should stop, it’s her own personal choice and that choice belongs to her and her family! If it makes them happy.

- mm on

MM- I wasn’t implying that she should stop having kids. In fact, I agree that it should up to her and Rodney about how many kids they should have. However, what I meant was, I’ll be really surprised if she does have another one, especially considering all of RJ’s needs and the fact that he probably requires lots of special care, love and attention.

I don’t think she is pregnant, she said in the past she is done with having more kids, that 4 was enough. But who knows. Robinson is cute, looks like Holly.

Holly, my name is Mary, I read the article regarding your son with Autism. My 17yr old son was diagnosed with Autism (PDD-NOS) at the end of his Freshman year of high school, he is now a senior will graduate 2008. I just wanted to say I will keep your son, you and your family in prayer.

Having a person such as yourself with a child with Autism, is a blessing because you can make a difference with the exposure so that more people hear about this, maybe more people will get educated about Autism. Hopefully with more exposure funding will be better and more children can get IEPs, if it were not for my Advocate, I am not sure my son would have received any assistance in school. More needs to be done at the school level so that children do not go through life and reach the end of their freshman year before something is done and they get IEP’s. My son is an example of this.

April was Autism Month, and also this past April Oprah had topic about Autism on her show, that was great to see. Sometimes it is so painful when I watch my son, he has a mild form of this disorder and functions fine, but still it is painful. Take Care Holly, blessings.
