Introducing Lillian Adel Cummins

Australian singer Tiffani Wood and husband Neil Cummins welcomed their first child together in April. Here they introduce her to the world via Australian OK! magazine. Lillian Adel weighed in at 3.5kg, after a nine-hour labour and was nine days late.



Like most new parents they are sleep deprived. Neil says;

Everything is great at the moment, except for the sleep. I’ll get home at 5am and if Tiff hasn’t had enough sleep, I’ll stay up then sleep in the day, then it’s time to go to work again. So I’m losing it a bit.

Lillian’s name comes from her two great-grandmothers.

Lillian is Neil’s grandmother’s name on his mum’s side. I think before we even got pregnant we were talking about names and we went through all the names of our family history and Lillian popped out as the best. And then for the middle name we went through my side an my grandmother’s middle name is Adel.

What is her nursery like? They wanted it to be one way, but it ended up being the traditional pink.

We originally wanted to go for a Betty Boop red kind of theme but it’s just too hard because little girl’s things aren’t in that colour. With baby girls, if you want to go for a colour other than pink, you can’t!
