I wonder if her baby is inside thinking “Hey! Cut out that racket – I’m trying to sleep here!”

I’m always curious about musicians who are pregnant and if the loud sounds affect the baby (seriously, does anybody know?). Gwen Stefani was on tour while she was pregnant – did Kingston come out hard of hearing? Joking!

Gordon Campbell…always up for a photo op. bleh.
Sarah is looking good. Pregnancy has sure helped out her bustline!

Babies are well padded in flesh and fluid but they can hear noise and distinguish between voices. My best friend’s bump always kicked when he heard Dad’s voice.

There is the potential for hearing damage but it would have to be extreme – and by this stage the mother’s eardrums would have blown anyway. If something is too loud for the mother, it’s getting loud for the baby too but the decibels are muffled by mum.

Her legs are pretty puffy!! It’s comforting to see because I got big everywhere when I was pregnant, too.
