Supermodel Helena Christensen mulling over Peruvian adoption

Helena Christensen, who shot to fame in the early-1990s after her appearance in Chris Isaak’s music video for the song ‘Wicked Game,’ wants to become a mother again.  If she is unable to have another biological child, the single mom to 7-year-old Mingus Luchien said she would like to pay homage to her mother’s Peruvian roots through adoption. 

If I can’t have a second child, I would love to adopt from Peru.  It would be amazing to help a child but also amazing for Mingus to grow up with another child from his grandmother’s culture.

At 38-years-old Helena said she knows that her "window of opportunity" for another pregnancy "gets smaller and smaller" as time goes by.

But I have a feeling that it is going to happen for me when I am about 40 or 41.
