Rumor: Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick trying for second child this summer?

James Wilkie Broderick, 4 1/2, may finally be a big brother. According to an insider, Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderickare considering trying for a second child – quite possibly when theycelebrate their 10-year wedding anniversary this summer. Their actualanniversary is on Saturday, but the couple is holding off plans untilAugust to accommodate their film projects.

They want to go somewhere tropical, maybe Fiji, where they can relax and spend time with their son.

Oh, I so hope this rumor to be true. They make such cute kids, we just have to look at James.

Oh come on! She has got to be about 42 now. There’s no way she waited nearly five years to start trying again for #2. My guess is she’s either been trying all along (unsuccessfully) or she and Matthew decided to stop at one kid (very typical to have just one baby in NYC).

I’m sorry, I don’t care how famous/rich you are or how fit you are, Mother Nature waits for no one. Any woman in her late 30′s early 40′s knows she only has a limited amount of time and fertility and has to do it sooner rather than later if they plan to have several kids.
