Bec Hewitt's Mother's Day plans with daughter, Mia

Australian actress, Bec Hewitt, who is married to tennis player, Lleyton Hewitt, dished on her plans for her second Mother’s Day in her monthly column in Woman’s Day magazine. The couple’s daughter, Mia Rebecca, was born in November 2005. Bec also sports new brunette hair, which is a big change, as Australians know her as our blonde beauty and the golden haired family.

Plans for Mother’s Day?

Mother’s Day is a tricky one because we’re not sure where we’ll be. Unfortunately, neither Lleyton or I get to see our mums on Mother’s Day, but we leave little pressies behind for them to open on the day. As for Mia getting me a little something, Lleyton is always very thoughtful on special occasions and helps Mia out. But I think Lleyton spoils me all the time, so no need for pressies. I’ll just be happy to spend the day with my husband and daughter, wherever we are.

They are loving being parents.

Ali – it actually does say it’s her second! And I agree I really like her hair… although I do find it to be a bit too reddish. But i’m sure that is due to going from blonde to brunette. I’m sure that will settle down after her next colour.
People have been saying that maybe she has changed her hair colour due to being pregnant again? I think she did it because it would be much easier to maintain whilst travelling all the time. Blonde hair is high maintenance!
