How could I choose just one favorite! But I’ll go with “Sex Kills” because it pulls no punches.

Its a good album, although nothing compares to the real thing. Although Sarah McLachlan, is my favourite artist on this album.

Favorite Joni song? That’s a toughy. I’d say “Case of You” though both “Ladies of the Canyon” and “Blue” are amazing albums.

Big Yellow Taxi. Makes me smile = )

I love Joni’s song Little Green. It is a beautiful love song to her baby she gave birth to at a young age and later decided to give up for adoption. I LOVE LOVE LOVE Joni Mitchell! I grew up listening to her and trying to imitate her singing style.

“Case Of You”, “Both Sides Now”, and “Blue” (which inspired me to get a blue tattoo…) are my faves. But the “Circle Game” makes me want to cry every time I hear it, now that I have a son.

- Hannah on

I love Big Yellow Taxi….give me spots on my apple, leave me the birds and the bee….please!
I also love Snakes and Ladders because I thought her and Don Henley sounded great together.

- Carol Lee on

Rainy Night House has always been one of my favorites — hauntingly elegant. Please enter me in the contest, can’t wait to hear covers by so many amazing artists.

Case of You is my all time favorite Joni Mitchell song, but Circle Game runs a close second! It’s actually what I have playing on my daughter’s website right now. :)

- Rebecca Lewis on

Picking one would be like picking a favourite child…but I will say that “Hissing of Summer Lawns” is on the top of that list – one of the few songs I can actually…smell…

- Stephanie Karasick on

All I Want is my fave – I was just singing it the other day in the car….

- Meghan Johnson on

I love Blue and All I want.

- Amanda on

“The Circle Game” is a song I heard my senior year of high school when we were studying “The Catcher in the Rye” in my English class. It’s amazing.

- Elly on

If I had to go to a deserted island with one album it would have to be Joni Mitchell’s HEJIRA. Coyote is the most moving and beautiful song about feeling lost and disconnected and yet travelling in the right direction. She is the most beautiful singers in the world. I have been a fan since I was 15 years old. She is devine beyond words.
