We’ve gotten a few emails, comments on posts, and responses on the survey that indicate that some readers are under the impression that we are publishing stories multiple times or pulling quotes from the same interview to make numerous posts, and we just want to take a minute to explain what’s actually happening.
Celebs like Tobey Maguire, Keri Russell, and Bryce Dallas Howard are currently promoting their new movies, so they’re making the press rounds — and since they just had babies (or will be soon), there’s a lot of talk about them! Since we strive to include all the content we can on CBB, we type up the highlights from both television and print interviews, and they often will appear on the site the same day, although they are not the same stories or appearances. We try to mix up the photos we illustrate the stories with, but we understand that they do repeat themselves quite often and that readers may confuse a new post with a story they’ve already read.
If a story is, for whatever reason, published and then bumped back up to the top of the page, it will always be clearly marked with Update: so you will be aware of the parts you may not have seen. We try to make CBB as all-inclusive as possible regarding news — including sports, royalty, soap stars, singers, film actors, etc — so even if there is an extensive amount of news about a few celebrities one week, we hope you still find enough other content on the site to hold your interest.
